Dear Parents/Guardians:

We are excited to announce the addition of teacher Web pages to our district homepage. We have provided teachers with the opportunity to use eBoard, a web based service, for posting current information in our efforts to increase communication between home and school. Our goal is to provide additional resources to increase parental involvement which research indicates is directly related to student achievement.

Teachers are able to post information about the following topics:

• Homework assignments and due dates
• Links to helpful web sites
• Photos and file attachments
• Class schedules and information
• Calendar of events
• Project information

To access your child’s teacher’s eBoard please follow these guidelines:

• Using the Internet go to http://www.hammontonps.org/
• Across the top of the page you will see the word DIRECTORY. Please click on this.
• Where it says NAME, please type in the last name of your child’s teacher. Click Search.
• The teacher’s name should appear. On the right side of the screen you will see the word eBoard. Please click and this will be the teacher’s web page.

Visit eBoard often to stay up to date on what is happening in your child’s classroom. Let’s work together to increase home and school communication to support our children!
